Kiremko Deep Fat Fryers are situated here, set back from the main serving counter which is finished in stainless steel and has space beneath for storage and space above for cash register, salt, vinegar, serving implements, etc. This originally had three frying compartments and a flat plate but had to be expanded as the business was busy to add a fourth fryer in place of the flat plate. Subsequently an additional Kiremko Deep Fat Fryer was added, again to meet growing demand. To either side of the main serving counter are refrigerated display cabinets, one currently used for desserts whilst the other is used for ice creams. The whole of this area is tiled to match the customer area. Vestfrost drinks fridge. Taylor Flavorburst ice cream machine. Three Slushee machines. A door off this room opens to a full height store cupboard measuring 1.59m 1.38m (5’02” x 4’06”). This is currently used for storing the frying oil and ice cream mix. The generous storage space throughout the building allows ingredients to be bought in bulk thus reducing cost.
Dishwash Room
