Estate Agency: Viewings and Valuations.

The continued Welfare and Health and Safety of our Staff and Clients remains our top priority so as we begin to ease out of lockdown our office premises will operate on a restricted basis. We are still operating a strict appointment only system for our office should a face to face meeting be required.   

The property market is open for business; as the Scottish Government have advised that viewers should initially view virtually where possible before attending a physical viewing.  All our residential properties have virtual tours which can be viewed on request.

All viewings of properties will require an appointment to be booked in advance and the Property Office will issue guidelines to be adhered to prior to any viewings taking place.

As well being able to organise viewing we are also allowed to carry out pre-market appraisals.
