About Lawri:
Lawri’s first degree was in International Marketing, after which he worked in
sales and marketing in the tourism and ferry industry. Completing his law degree as a mature
student, he trained with a small firm in the Scottish Borders and then worked for a larger firm
in Midlothian/Edinburgh.
Born and raised in Stranraer, he returned there with his wife a few years ago and joined
Williamson & Henry shortly thereafter.
Lawri is a keen golfer, and played football, cricket and tennis in his younger days. Despite
experiencing frequent disappointments over the years, he remains a faithful supporter of
Stranraer FC. He and his wife also enjoy walking in the hills, and travelling at home and
abroad when time allows.
