Covid-19 Update 17/12/2021
Estate Agency: Viewings and Valuations.

The continued Welfare and Health and Safety of our Staff and Clients remains our top priority so our office premises will operate on a restricted basis. We are still operating a strict appointment only system for our office should a face to face meeting be required.

The property market is buoyant and open for business; as the Scottish Government have advised that viewers should initially view virtually where possible before attending a physical viewing.  All our residential properties have virtual tours which can be viewed on request.

All viewings of properties will require an appointment to be booked in advance and a lateral flow test taken prior to attending. Our Property Office will issue guidelines to be adhered to prior to during any viewings taking place.

If you are thinking about selling then to organise a free pre-market appraisal please contact the property office on 01557 331049 or by emailing property@williamsonandhenry.co.uk
